Jingletown Arts and Business Community's
mission is to heighten awareness about the rich and diverse population
of working and exhibiting artists in our East Oakland neighborhood, and
to promote creative opportunities in the Jingletown Arts District.
Visitors touring Jingletown during open studios will see colorful
mosaic murals on converted warehouse walls, intersection street painting
art and the Peterson Street Community Wall, which features murals by
many of the residents of Jingletown.
In addition to the Gray
Loft Gallery, other galleries in Jingletown are Apples and Oranges
Gallery and White Walls Gallery, both located in the Ford Street
Studios. The Clock Tower Studio/Gallery and Float Gallery are located in
the Cotton Mill Building.
