Gray Loft Gallery is pleased to present our next exhibit There is a There There.
Join us this Friday for
the artist reception for this end of year salon-style show which gives a
nod to Gertrude Stein's philosophy of living with art and supporting
artists with arrangements of furniture and art to create this milieu.
The gallery is filled with incredible art, furniture, textiles, jewelry by Bay
Area artists who have an affiliation with the gallery (and
are primarily from Oakland) who will have their work displayed in
salon-style arrangements in the gallery. Work in the exhibit
includes painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, art furniture,
textiles and jewelry.

The exhibit will also be open during the 9th Annual Winter Art Walk in Jingletown,
Saturday and Sunday, December 6 & 7, 11:00 to 6 00 pm. The annual
winter open studio event highlights the work of artists who live and/or
work in this artist neighborhood, which is situated between the Park and
Fruitvale Street bridges bordered by the estuary separating Oakland
from the island of Alameda. There will be food trucks featuring
delicious food, coffee and sweets.
Gallery Hours: Saturdays, 1:00 to 5:00 pm, Sundays by appointment
