on Saturday, December 4, 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
Radiant Landscape harmoniously brings together the work of photographers
Francis
Baker and
Jan
Watten. Both
artists are engaged with unique approaches to image making using analog
film and lumen printing. With light as their primary medium, the beauty
of these tranquil observations
express the importance of conservation and a celebration of life.
Jan Watten captures the natural world around her in black and white with a medium format film camera, seizing the moment into contemplative and lyrical images.
Francis Baker constructs exquisite photograms using natural elements and single-use plastic gleaned from his surroundings. The results of this exploration are beautiful.
This exhibit was curated by Christine Ferrouge.
We look forward to seeing you then!
