Re-Envision
You are cordially invited to the
Artists' Opening Reception tomorrow:
Saturday, September 25, 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
If you are hesitant to venture out, please contact us to make an appointment to see the show, or stop by on another Saturday.
Masks are required and guests will be limited in the gallery.
We are thrilled to reopen with our group show Re-Envision, an exhibit of seven Bay Area artists which includes painting, photography, mixed-media and hand-blown glass. Out of the Isolation of the past 18 months, these artists have created pieces that reflect resilience and dedication to their art.
“While I have been making art during this pandemic, it
has given me the space and my undivided attention to really dig deep and
produce. Quarantine is not a new environment for an artist. I feel
lucky to be able to work through and hopefully navigate these
unprecedented times.” Simone Simon

ABOUT GRAY LOFT GALLERY
We are humbled and filled with gratitude about receiving "Best Art Gallery" in the 2021 Oakland Magazine Readers Choice Award!
Thank you all for your love support!
Thank you all for your love support!
Gray
Loft Gallery has promoted the rich art culture of Jingletown and the
greater Bay Area for 9 years. The gallery has been referred to as a
hidden gem in Jingletown, and noted by Kenneth Baker, former SF
Chronicle Art Critic, in his Visual Arts Don’t Miss Column as “…A space
gaining prominence in the Bay Area…” The mission of the gallery is to
provide exhibition opportunities for artists in a setting that is an
alternative to the traditional gallery model. We hope to inspire, engage
and celebrate artists in our community and beyond. We acknowledge the
achievements of emerging, mid-career and established artists – with an
emphasis on those who live and work in the Bay Area – in a
non-traditional art space. A number of artists began their art career at
Gray Loft Gallery.
“I have always enjoyed this gallery, superb atmosphere and lighting. The polished and worn hardwood floors creek slightly in places as you climb to the third floor, providing a granular and unique, organic aesthetic. This is a do-not-miss venue in the East Bay.” – Facebook Review
